Scope of Service

​

Inspection Only

Method: The workscope is set by the customer in advance. Rejected bearings are returned to the customer or forwarded to an alternate repair station if required (see Repair Management).

Repair Only
Method: The workscope is set by the customer in advance. Used for bearing that have already been inspected, and rejected by the customer. These bearings bypass the Inspection, thus reducing the touch-time per bearing.

Repair Management
Method: The workscope is set by the customer in advance. Rejected bearings are forwarded to an alternate repair station. We provide a single point of contact for billing, rotables, exchanges, and more.

Rotables, Exchanges, and Logistics Options

Logistic Solutions
Provide a system-wide approach to control the Customer's bearing inventory, including the installed-base and the spares inventory.

Technical Management
Provide inventory that meets customer’s technical specifications, maintenance policy, operational needs, scheduling demands, and service bulletin compliance.

Advance Exchange
Method: We stock an agreed-upon modest level of inventory - just in case the need arises. The customer replenishes the inventory if utilized.

Method: We stock an agreed-upon significant level of inventory - and provide a replacement part upon the arrival of a customer unserviceable part.
